The model recommends incorporating and training people from the beginning of the project, starting with partnering sessions between the design-build managers and prime contractors. After successful partnering, the focus shifts to the senior leadership team (department heads from design-build, start-up, operations, maintenance, safety, training, and human resources). The goal is to stimulate team work at all levels, modeled by the senior leadership team. |
