1.1 Human Capital Planning

Human Capital Planning - is the organization's more detailed focus on planning for the specific human capital program such as recruitment, hiring, promotion, pay, benefits and the like. Depending on the needs of the organization the planning documents can be single or multi year and can focus just on direct hire workforce or total workforce (direct hire, contractor, and other sources of talent acquisition).
