2. Operational Human Resources

Operational Human Resources - Is composed of all of the laws, policies and procedures that make up the operational aspects of recruiting, hiring, promoting, assessing performance, paying, rewarding, developing, providing benefits, and disciplining employees through the life cycle of their employment with an organization. It also includes what are often called the "back room" functions such as preparing the various paper or electronic documents which reflect events in the life of an employee's time with an organization.
