2.2 Recruiting and Retaining Talent

Recruiting and Retaining Talent - These are the laws, policies and procedures, both strategic and operational, associated with attracting and keeping well qualified employees to achieve the work of the organization. In most organizations, recruiting and retaining talent includes: the identification of competencies needed, the solicitation and analysis of applicants for the positions to be filled, offering employment, the in-take process used to bring new employee into the organization, the education, promotion, performance assessment, compensation, rewards and other incentives used to keep well qualified talent within the organization.
