Coaching - These are the actions and activities associated with an individual who supports, explains, demonstrates, instructs and directs others via encouragement and asking questions. In the workplace, coaching usually involves providing guidance, advice and assistance to assure that a less experience employee learns how to work successfully within the work requirements and culture of the organization.
