2.5.1 Processing Personnel Actions

Processing Personnel Actions - In the public service, every action - hiring, promoting, rewarding, reassigning and the like - which affects an employee's relationship with the organization is documented with either a paper or electronic form. This activity of documentation is called processing personnel actions. These documents are then provided to the hiring organization, the employee, to the payroll office and other organization components who deal with these matters.
