LongDescription | The Lominger Leadership Architecture Suite measures the availability and utility of competencies in an organization in order to improve workforce utility by applying the principle that all processes require the presence of certain competencies. The suite consists of five applications to aid workforce managers in dealing with all cycles of workforce development, using this competency benchmarking. The individual applications are targeted at: (1) Attract & Select: Job profiling, competency modeling, interviewing tools, and candidate assessment, (2) Integrate & Align: Strategic planning and alignment, performance management, team building, and change management, (3) Develop & Coach: 360 degree feedback, coaching, development, and performance management, (4) Engage & Reward: Performance management, engagement, and compensation, and (5) Deploy & Advance: Succession management and high potential identification and development. Individuals may become certified in a Lominger tool by attending certification workshops, demonstrating comprehension of content, and commitment to best practice tool application. Some Lominger tools require certification to assure correct application of advanced tools. |
