ShortDescriptionThis self-assessment tool is designed to help individuals identify characteristics for successful leadership, recognize their strengths and identify areas for improvement.
LongDescriptionThe Campbell Leadership Description assesses leadership attributes that were selected based on more than 35 years of research, observation, and recurring themes from leaders attending CCL programs. The attributes include vision, management, empowerment, diplomacy, feedback, entrepreneuralism, personal style, personal energy, and multicultural awareness. The short, self-scoring, and easy-to-administer tool is applicable for leaders at every level in every type of organization, allows participants to compare themselves with effective and ineffective leaders, and helps participants develop an action plan based on leadership attributes that make a difference.
