LongDescriptionThe California Workforce Investment Board (Board) has established four special committees to carry out the vision detailed in the current Two Year Strategic State Plan. Linked to each of the committees is meeting events and relevant documents such as: Business and Industry, Targeting Resources, Lifelong Learning, Accountability in Workforce Investments, Dislocated Worker Allocation Formula, and Ad Hoc Committee. Other information includes: Workforce Training Act, Latest News, Calendar of Meetings and Events, Promising Practices, Strategic State Plan, Documents, Local Workforce Areas, and Related Sites. The Board also emails their newsletter regularly.
