Title | ERI System: Job Candidate Work Behavior Skills Assessment |
ShortDescription | The ERI System scores a job candidate in seven work behavior skills areas and predicts the likelihood of reliable and productive work behavior. |
LongDescription | The questionnaire portion of the system is a behavioral inventory. It contains 81 statements which can be completed in 12 to 20 minutes, either by phone (ERI Phone), internet (ERI Web), at a computer (ERI Win) or on paper. Scores are presented for each of seven work behavior skill areas, predicting the likelihood of reliable and productive work behavior in each of these areas.
During follow-up interviewing and reference checking, the organization can use the skills assessment to explore those work behaviors identified as possible problems.
The ERI assessment questions are custom-designed by the employer to the specific position needs.
The 7 work behavior skills assessed are:
1. Freedom From Disruptive Alcohol and Illegal Drug Use
2. Courtesy
3. Emotional Maturity
4. Conscientiousness
5. Trustworthiness
6. Long Term Job Commitment
7. Safe Job Performance
The ERI System has been in use since 1986, and has been used by over 8000 companies. It was developed by a team of psychologists and HR specialists headed by Gerald L. Borofsky, PhD, a faculty member of Harvard Medical School.
Bay State Psychological Associates can be contacted for a free analysis that demonstrates how the ERI System can help achieve an organization's strategic priorities. |
